1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging when applicable
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, or included parts
- Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or altered packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@rovynnb.com.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the package, shipping label, and any damaged areas when applicable
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or final-sale reasons. Non-returnable items may include:

4. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise caused by our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side. If a refund is approved, any applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Rovynnb is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment method. In many cases, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
7. Partial Refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply when an item is returned used, missing parts, damaged for reasons not caused by us, or not in its original condition.
Partial refunds may also be offered as a customer service solution when the customer chooses to keep the item instead of returning it.
8. Exchanges and Replacements
We may offer an exchange or replacement if the item you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing required parts.
Replacement availability depends on inventory status, product type, and shipping destination. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another reasonable solution.
9. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered shipped. We may not be able to cancel or refund an order that is already in transit.
If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, please wait until the package is delivered and then contact us to request return instructions.
10. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for carrier updates, as delivery may be affected by weather, local carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will review the case after the return is confirmed.

11. Cancellations

We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
12. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method unless required or permitted by the payment provider.
